LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA NUMBER 6698 (“KVKK”) INFORMATION TEXT

As AdraNom Bilişim Sistemleri (referred to as "AdraNom"), we attach importance to the personal data of our valued customers (referred to as the "Customer") and the privacy of their private lives. Personal data obtained within the framework of the principle of privacy and respect for fundamental rights and freedoms are processed by our company within the scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (referred to as “KVKK”). Processing; In Article 3 of the KVKK, personal data is defined as recording, storing, preserving, changing, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, and classification.

Collected Personal Data and Method of Collection

In order for AdraNom to benefit from our services in the context permitted by the legislation, your name and surname, if any, your company title, address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, if any, your current billing information, T.R. your identity number, access and traffic information, e-mail correspondence, phone calls with our call center, communication and interaction processes with our social media accounts are recorded and used.

To fulfill our legal obligations, to perform the sales contract between AdraNom and the Customer, for reasons stipulated in the law, we collect it by your verbal, physical or electronic communication to us.

Recording and Use of Personal Data

Your personal data will be processed by AdraNom for the following purposes within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

  • Providing products or services, planning before and after sales processes, planning and execution of technical support operation processes, providing communication continuity in the execution of services such as infrastructure or technical maintenance, repair, installation of the service being offered.
  • Maintaining financial and accounting records.
  • Increasing our service quality.
  • In all transactions that pose a risk, to obtain the consent of the person/who made the transaction, to confirm the identity information.
  • Giving information when requested by judicial and administrative authorities
  • Periodic campaign works, if the approval text is marked, and sending of bulletins and notices within this framework.
  • Creating customer risk analysis, providing security audits.

To Whom Personal Data Will Be Transferred And For What Purposes

Your personal data is not shared with third parties. Your personal data is transferred to the servers of the applications we use so that we can perform certain activities. These are as follows:

  • In credit card payments, your name, surname, invoice number, amount, payment date are transferred to the companies and/or institutions from which the virtual pos service is obtained, for the purposes of money collection and refund. Your credit card information is never stored in our systems automatically or even upon your request.
  • It is possible to transfer the Customer's name, surname, identity number, tax office, country, city, tax number and contract amount to our financial consultancy company in order to create a stamp tax return and approve invoices.

In addition to all these, due to our legal obligations, personal data can be shared with EGM, prosecutor's offices and courts.

Rights of Personal Data Owner under KVKK No. 6698

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply for the following purposes.

  • Learning whether personal data is processed or not.
  • If personal data has been processed, do not request information about it.
  • Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose.
  • Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad.
  • Requesting correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed.

In this context, requests to AdraNom will be finalized within 30 days at the latest.
